Excellent value for money

The location was fantastic for me as I was their for Business - but if not you need to take a taxi

Spacious room, comfortable bed & pillow.

The hot water on the bath tub did not work so well.. need maintenance i guess.

- Big room. - Good location in South Jakarta. - This was once a very beautiful hotel. - Staff in general very friendly and helpful

- Unfortunately not well maintained (spots on carpet and wall, black stains in shower, some lights and sockets not working,...) - Disappointing breakfast (f.e. bread products were stale and obviously not fresh) - Staff at breakfast are not interested in their job and/or the guests

Maybe need to change the towel. It's not white anymore.

The room was nice and clean

The room was not sound proof. I can hear loud music either for the club downstairs until 2am.

The room was spacious.

Towel was dirty. I had to ask for new one. Then the bathroom was smelly. The bathtub was leaking. We eventually asked to change room. The new room still have the same problem but at least the bathtub was not leaking anymore. Parking garage was small so guests need to pay for "vip parking", which cost us 100K rupiah (about 7 dollar),

Very good hotel. Welcoming team, clean and spacious room, big tv. Nice bar at the GF.

The first night was perfect, but the second (in a different room) was a bit noisy because the room overlooked the highway. If you can, choose a room that faces behind or to the sides of the hotel (quiet), not the front (noisy).

Very nice and spacious room. Beautiful bathroom, good bed, stocked minibar and good restaurant at the premises.

The hotel is located right next to the double decker highway Antasari. Motorcycles race by throughout the night. Avoid front rooms if possible..

The swift respond from the staff, they put me in a wrong room, by wrong means the room still in a mess situation for someone who just check in, but they take care of it in a minute, they gave me another neat room.

I didn't try the breakfast, the fact is the staff didn't even mention about it. But nothing to complaint at all, maybe he just skipped the info.

The bathroom is spacey yet its not maintain properly, it was too smelly and rather dirty.

The bed was comfortabled, staffs were generally friendly and the breakfast options were relatively good.

There were some spots on my towel. I'd told the staffs but still I was getting towels with spots on them. The room wasn't really soundproofed.

The facilities, the helpful staff, the comfortable room and everything actually.

The staff arrange a smoking room for me for the first night. I am not able to sleep at all. Near the road so is a bit noisy

I like the interior design of the hotel. It looks grand and new.

The sound proofing of the hotel room is really bad. I can hear loud motorcycles noise all night. And during the day, we can hear the noise from the events all around the hotel. Lastly, it feels like an event spaces more than a hotel because it is crowded in the lobby during my 3 day stay there.

It is the best hotel where I have stayed in Jakarta!!! I have been in Jakarta before but usually not such a long period like this time. This time we had decided to stay here longer (almost two weeks), to visit Bandung, shopping malls of Jakarta, some rooftop restaurants to have a memorable experience and to enjoy the beauty of the city. So it total, we have booked at least 4 different hotels in Jakarta city during our holiday. We traveled from Bali by own car, that is why we have been moving from one area to another if we wanted to visit different areas of Jakarta to avoid traffic jams on the roads. Goodrich Suites exceeded my expectations! We actually have extended our stay for two more nights, so we have stayed 3 nights in this hotel in total because I visited a beauty clinic next to the hotel and made some treatments, so I had to stay nearby for my convenience. Everything was so perfect! Our room was so comfortable, I felt there so good like at home! The food was delicious! They have not many options in the menu, we tried almost all dishes from the menu but they were VERY tasty and we ordered some dishes a few times because we ate almost all the time in the hotel. I felt that they cook with love. We had a big bathroom, carpet on the floor, comfortable bed, good air conditioning, TV, a huge room's size, I could say comparing with other hotels. Simply the best experience and I will be happy to come back to this hotel again if I will go to Jakarta and will stay in this area!

Beautiful and comfortable decor. Good choice of Breakfast and has a good Bar with Live music playing. Enjoyed the facilities of Gym

The location could have been better. This is very close to the Flyover highway and if your room is in the front then expect noise of traffic. The pool is good but again has a lot of noise of traffic.

The chef at breakfast made me a special vegan meal! Which was very thoughtful, and much appreciated. One complaint was the bathtub had a broken plug, so I couldnt use it...

Would like to carpet to be cleaned a bit better, and the bathtub to be fixed. Everything else was very good and no other comments really!

Staff are ok but slow , the room is clean , pillow are fantastic

Too much noisy , disco until early morning sound in the room , motor bike car at the road you can hear everything , toilet tissue took us hours to get extra after repeated calls

Good location, friendly front office staff, fair internet speed.

This is my second visit and unfortunately was not as good as the first one. They seems did not vacuum the carpet, crumbs, dried rice are in places, also somehow the blanket felt dusty. Calling housekeeping could be challenging, two days in a row, no one pick up the phone and gave up after several attempts. Called the operator and they just gave me another extension for the housekeeping.

The room is very spacious and cosy. The bed is very comfy too. The toilet has an electronic bidet, bathtub and shower cubicle.The buffet menu for the breakfast has many varieties of food and the menu change everyday. The restaurant set-up is comfy. I love its sofa seats.
